🛒 Do you have all instruments in stock?
Yes! Most of the items you see on our website are available right away. If something is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer a similar option or tell you when it’ll be back.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
We ship all across Australia. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our store.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. If you’re shopping in person, you can also pay with cash or card at our Sydney store.
🧾 Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Of course. You can return most unused items within 14 days of purchase, as long as they’re in original condition and packaging. Just bring it back to the store or contact us online — we’ll help you sort it out quickly.
